Email the scanned form to admissions@kamagambo.ac.ke or deliver it to the Registrar's Office at the Rongo–Kisii Road campus. Pay the non-refundable application fee at submission.
Our admissions team verifies your academic records and, where applicable, schedules a short placement conversation. You receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days.
Successful applicants receive a conditional Offer Letter stating the programme, intake and any conditions. Accept it and confirm your place.
Pay the indicated tuition deposit (see Fee Structure), then report on orientation day to complete registration and collect your student ID.

Absolutely. The In-Service mode (April, September, November intakes) is designed for serving teachers and professionals — evening and weekend-friendly scheduling lets you study without leaving your post.
Clear copies of your KCSE/terminal certificates, a national ID or passport, a recent passport-size photograph, and any prior tertiary qualification. Incomplete applications may delay processing.
