📚 Other costs. Apart from fees, budget at least KES 9,000 per year for books (not payable to the University; can be sourced from HELB). Indemnity required on field trips is borne by students as and when required. Because of the introduction of online programmes, all students are advised to have a laptop. A lost ID is replaceable at KES 500.
How to Pay
Two ways to pay. Your full name and admission number must appear on every payment.

📱 Lipa na M-Pesa
Pay by M-Pesa using the university paybill:

The account number is your name and admission number. Keep the confirmation SMS.
⚠️ The University does not accept cash, personal cheques or money orders. All payments must be made by bank deposit or Lipa na M-Pesa to the accounts above.
🧾 Keep your pay-in slip. You will need to present it to the University during registration, so do not discard it once payment is made.
💳 Instalments. Tuition may be paid in up to two instalments per semester (deposit + balance before mid-semester). Agree your plan with Finance at registration.
