Kamagambo’s campus sits on the Rongo–Kisii Road at Kamagambo, in Rongo, Migori County — a mission station that has been a place of learning since 1912. If you cannot travel to see it, this page walks you through what is here and how to arrange a visit.

What you will find on campus

• The administration block — the Registrar’s office, admissions, finance and the Vice-Chancellor’s office. This is where applications are submitted and registration completed.
• Lecture halls and classrooms serving the Schools of Education, Business and Theology.
• The university library — print and digital collections, quiet study space and group discussion areas.
• The historic Kamagambo Mission church, the centre of the campus’s spiritual life and a landmark of Adventist work in Nyanza.
• Student hostels for resident men and women.
• The dispensary, serving students, staff and the surrounding community.
• Sports fields for football, volleyball, netball and athletics.
• Dining hall and grounds — wide, tree-shaded lawns that give the campus its character.

Getting here

Kamagambo is on the Rongo–Kisii Road, in Rongo sub-county, Migori County, on the boundary with Kisii County in south-western Kenya. It is reachable by road from Kisii, Rongo, Migori and Kisumu, and the campus is a recognised local landmark — ask for Kamagambo Mission.

Arrange a campus visit

Prospective students, parents and partners are welcome to visit. Guided visits can be arranged through the admissions office during working hours — a visit is the best way to judge whether a campus suits you, and it costs nothing but the journey.
