This notice explains what this website stores on your device and what we do with it. In short: we use one analytics service to count visits and see which pages are useful, and it is switched off until you accept it. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell data, and we do not track you across other websites.

What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. Some are needed for a site to work at all; others, like the ones described below, help the owner understand how the site is used. You can delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

These are set only after you press “Accept cookies”. Until then the analytics tag runs in a restricted mode that stores nothing on your device and does not identify you. If you press “Reject analytics”, they are never set.

This one is not a tracking cookie and carries no personal information — it stores a single word, accepted or rejected. Without it we would have to ask you on every page.
What the analytics tells us
If you accept, Google Analytics gives us aggregate figures: how many people visited, which pages they read, roughly which country or county they came from, and whether they used a phone or a computer. We use it to answer practical questions — are applicants finding the fee structure, is the admissions page doing its job. We do not receive your name, your email address, or anything that identifies you personally, and your IP address is anonymised before it reaches the reports.
Information you send us directly
- The enquiry form. The form on our homepage does not send anything to this website. When you press the button it opens WhatsApp or your email programme with the details already written out, and you choose to send it. Nothing is stored on this site.
- WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy terms, and we hold the messages you send us.
- Email. If you write to any university address, we keep your message so we can answer it and administer your enquiry or application.
Third parties
This site loads Google Analytics from googletagmanager.com. It does not run advertising networks, social media pixels, or embedded trackers. Links to WhatsApp and external websites take you to services with their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 you have the right to be told what personal data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR give you equivalent rights.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies directly in your browser — look for “Clear browsing data” or “Privacy and security” in its settings.

No. Every page, including admissions and the fee structure, works exactly the same whether you accept or reject. Rejecting only means we cannot count your visit.
